We only ever receive uplink metadata you already send. We never ask for your network-server API key, and we cannot send anything to your devices. Hosted in the EU — our servers are in Helsinki, Finland, run by Hetzner, so your uplink metadata does not leave the EU.

What it catches

Silent devices

A sensor stops reporting — flat battery, water ingress, someone unplugged it, a failed rejoin. You hear about it in minutes.

Silent gateways

We read gateway IDs out of your uplink metadata, so every gateway is monitored automatically. No extra setup.

Cadence learnt per device

A 15-minute people counter and a daily fill sensor need different windows. We learn each device's own rhythm instead of making you set 200 timeouts by hand.

Recovery notices

When a device comes back, you get told — so you know the site visit worked without opening a dashboard.

Alerts where you already look

Email, ntfy push to your phone, or a webhook into Slack, Teams or your own ticketing.

Who builds this

UplinkWatch is run by Geosensor, a Portuguese company that deploys and leases LoRaWAN sensor networks. We built this watchdog for our own fleet first, because finding out from a client that a sensor died a fortnight ago is a bad afternoon.
